PAYMENT PLAN
Initial Payment - $525
      ($500 deposit + $25 payment plan fee)

Second Payment - $500
      (Due within 30 days of starting date)

Remaining balance due within 60 days of starting date.

Camping fee is designed for up to four family members and two vehicles per campsite. A family constitutes father, mother, and never married children residing in the same household.

Rates are non-transferable. Additional persons are subject to a $40 per year fee.   Additional persons subject to a $4 per day fee for use of pool or may purchase a $20 yearly pass.

CABIN RENTALS
Two story/Two unit cabins                    Each unit sleeps 4 people

Cabins includes downstairs queen bed, full bath with shower and vanity.  Full kitchen upstairs with full size stove, refridgerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.  Second floor had futon bed with a balcony.  Cabins are heated and air-conditioned.  Cabin rental includes use of heated pool, picnic table, and fire ring.

Daily: $99 +tax 
    (2 People*/2 Night Minimum) 

Holidays: $120 +tax (2 People*)

Weekly: $450 +tax (2 People*)

Two Weeks:  $800 +tax (2 People*)

Monthly: $1,058 +tax (2 People*)

*Additional People (up to 4): $15 per person

Regular guest fees apply for any daily visitors.

• Reservations are required with a two night minimum stay (three nights on holidays)
• One night deposit must be received within seven (7) days of making reservation
• Deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival
• There is no refund for early departures
• A $100 security deposit is required
• Sorry – no smoking in cabins/no pets inside or on site
• Must be 21 to rent a cabin
