PAYMENT PLAN

Initial Payment - $500 ($475 deposit + $25 payment plan fee)

Second Payment - $500 (Due within 30 days of starting date)

Remaining balance due within 60 days of starting date.

Camping fee is designed for up to four family members and two vehicles per campsite. A family constitutes father, mother, and never married children residing in the same household.

Rates are non-transferable. Additional persons are subject to a $40 per year fee.

Additional persons subject to a $4 per day fee for use of pool or may purchase a $20 yearly pass.

Additional Vehicles: $1.50

All guests must register prior to entry.
All guests must pay regardless of length of stay.

If cancellation is necessary your deposit will be refunded if notice is given seven (7) days prior to reservation date.
Deposits will be charged or lost if a no show occurs unless a prior seven (7) day notice is given.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SITES

Sites are booked first by length of stay, second by date reservation is confirmed.
We will make every effort to honor your site requests.
It is our policy not to give out assigned site numbers until arrival.
Management reserves the right to change assigned sites.
Each reservation requires a one night deposit per site.

Two-story/Two unit cabins
Each unit sleeps 4 people

Daily: $99 +tax
(2 People*/2 Night Minimum)

Holidays: $120 +tax (2 People*)

Weekly: $300 +tax (2 People*)

Two Weeks: $500 +tax (2 People*)

Monthly: $858 per month
    (2 People*)

     *Additional People (up to 4):
           $50 per person

Regular guest fees apply for any daily visitors.

Reservations are required with a two night minimum stay (three nights on holidays).
One night deposit must be received within seven (7) days of making reservation.
Deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival.
There is no refund for early departures.
A $100 security deposit is required.
Sorry – no smoking in cabins/no pets inside or on site.
Must be 21 to rent a cabin.
